  • Brown architectural shingle roof with a stone chimney, roof vents and white gutters over tall windows.

    Roof replacement

Most asphalt shingle replacements here run $15,000 to $30,000 and take one to three days once materials arrive. The price covers soft decking by the sheet, ice and water shield, flashing, the ridge vent and a magnet sweep of the yard.

  • Copper-tone pipe boot flashing set into brown architectural shingles around a vent pipe.

    Roof repair

A cracked pipe boot, flashing pulled loose at a wall, a few shingles gone after a windy night. Most leaks come down to one spot, and one spot is a repair. You get a written price for the fix, and a straight answer if the roof is past fixing.

  • A blue tarp covering storm damage on the roof of a brick ranch house.

    Emergency and damage repair

Water through the ceiling at 2 a.m., a limb through the shingles, a slope stripped by wind. The 24-hour line gets the roof covered and dry first. Then comes the repair, and the photos and estimate your claim needs if a storm did it.

  • Close-up of gray asphalt shingles with round hail bruises.

    Insurance claims help

A free storm inspection tells you whether the damage is worth a claim. If it is, you file it, and we bring dated photos, an itemized estimate and a visit with your adjuster on the roof. When tear-off turns up damage nobody could see, we document that too.

  • Base of a stacked stone chimney with gray metal flashing on light gray shingles.

    Chimney repair

Most chimney leaks start at the metal where the roof meets the brick. Step flashing, counterflashing, a cricket behind a wide chimney and a sealed crown keep the water out. Crumbling brick is a mason's job, and we'll tell you when that's what you have.

  • Skylight with metal flashing set into dark gray shingles, with red-handled tin snips beside it.

    Skylight repair

A leaking skylight usually has good glass and failed flashing around the frame. Reflashing fixes most of them. When the glass fogs between the panes or the frame rots, the answer is a replacement skylight in the same size, best done during a reroof.

  • Dark standing-seam metal roof with snow guard rails beside a stone chimney among snowy pines.

    Metal roofing

Standing seam hides its fasteners under raised seams and costs more. Exposed-fastener panels go on fast, cost less and suit barns and shops. On a steep Sevier County rental, metal earns its price. Ask for metal and shingles priced side by side.

  • Light gray membrane flat roof with walkway stripes, roof drains, skylights and a rooftop unit.

    Commercial roofing

Flat and low-slope roofs on stores, offices, warehouses and apartment buildings, in TPO, EPDM, coatings or metal. Dry or wet insulation underneath decides between a coating and a tear-off. Property managers get written prices per building, ready for a budget or a board.

  • White low-slope roof and gray shingle slopes on a two-story building, with yellow fall trees around it.

    Church roofing

A steep sanctuary, a flat fellowship hall and the valleys between them, each needing a different material. Roof work stops for Sunday. The written price breaks out each roof section, so a building committee can fix the worst one this year and budget the rest.
