Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Not for the flight, as long as we can get to the yard and you've told us it's OK to fly. We'd like you there for the walk-through afterward, though, because it's much easier to show you a cracked boot on a tablet than to describe it over the phone. If you can't be there, we'll send the photos and call you to go through them.
Can I just text you a photo?
Please do. Text a photo of the problem (the stain on the ceiling, the shingles in your yard, the spot you can see from the street) to (865) 830-8126 with your address. We'll text back what it looks like and whether someone needs to come out. It's the fastest way to find out if a problem is small.
Who will I actually deal with?
Ryan Dix, the owner. He writes every estimate, so the person who looked at your roof is the person who priced it. He's the one you call with questions during the job, and he walks the finished roof with you. You'll meet the crew lead on the first day.

Knoxville and the towns around it: Farragut, Hardin Valley, Karns, Powell, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Lenoir City, Sevierville and Seymour. That covers parts of Knox, Blount, Loudon, Anderson and Sevier counties. If you're just outside that list, text us your address and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
