Who you'll be dealing with
Ryan Dix runs Crestone Roofing in Knoxville. He looks at your roof, writes your price, and walks the finished job with you.
Ryan Dix, owner
Ryan lives in Knoxville and runs Crestone Roofing here. He writes every estimate himself, so the person who looked at your roof is the person who priced it. During the job he's the one you call with questions, and at the end he walks the finished roof with you. You'll meet the crew lead on the first day.
Before roofing, Ryan spent 20 years in finance and operations. That's where the line-by-line price comes from: he'd rather show you every number than ask you to trust one.
Where the name comes from
Crestone Roofing started in Colorado in 2018, founded by Luke Jones and Eddie Ramey. Here in Tennessee, the company buys its own materials, writes its own estimates, and answers its own phone. When you call, you get someone in Knoxville.
What we work on
Homes, rental cabins, and HOA and condo roofs, across Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Karns, Powell, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Lenoir City, Sevierville and Seymour. We don't do commercial roofs. If you own a store, office or warehouse, ask us and we'll tell you who we'd call.
How we work
- A free drone inspection, with photos you keep.
- A written price, line by line, before anyone touches a shingle.
- Photos of anything we find under the old roof, before we fix it.
- A schedule in writing, and a call if the weather moves it.
- Cleanup with a magnet sweep, and a walk-through at the end.
