What you send us
When you fill in the inspection form, your name, phone number, street address and note go to our form service, Formspree, which passes them to us by email. We use them to call you about your roof. We don't sell them or hand them to anyone else.
Calls and texts
If you call or text us, your phone carrier and ours handle the call. Photos you text us stay with us and are used only to look at your roof. We won't put a photo of your home on this site without asking you first, in writing.
The satellite view
The "See your roof" box sends the address you type to Google so Google can draw the map. That happens only when you press the button. We don't receive the address unless you also send us the form.
The question box
The "Ask Crestone" box searches our own list of answers inside your browser. The question you type isn't sent to us or anyone else. The site may count that a question was asked and which answer showed, never the words you typed.

Call or text (865) 830-8126 and ask. If you want us to delete what you sent through the form, tell us and we will.
